CMON Inc. is known for crafting top-notch tabletop and board games. But they were not your typical store-shelf brand. We jumped in to boost their crowdfunding pledges by finding loyal fans and gamers who didn't mind playing the waiting game for their goodies.
We worked closely with the CMON team to build a full-funnel strategy more tailored to the unique nature of pledges. Aside from focusing on sales, we launched new campaign objectives like acquiring project followers even before pledging opened.
As a result, our first campaign with the CMON team generated 30% of their total pledges at a ROAS of 48x.
As of 2024, our ROAS per campaign has averaged 12x.
